Delta One LLC presents our Women's Self-Defense Workshop for the month of April.

This will be a 2- Hour seminar focusing on topics such as Situational Awareness, Attacking Vital Targets and Escaping a ground attack.

No experience necessary.

Due to the subject matter that will be covered during this seminar, anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied with a participating adult.

The cost is $30 per person.
